Mounting raw plate, napkin or label stock to the press. Determining formulation of inks needed for printer and transferring them into printing stations. Making correct pressure adjustments for printing cylinders to attain necessary print. Ensuring correct alignment of web. Accomplishing any necessary adjustments during the run. Removing finished roll from rewind stand at completed run. Qualifications Ability to understand basic written and oral instructions. Ability to perform basic math. Ability to communicate with management and coworkers in order to meet departmental goals. Ability to determine colors. High school diploma or general education degree required. Printing experience is not required – will train. Prior machine operation experience required. Prior manufacturing experience required. Any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
