Job Description
LEI Home Enhancements is expanding and looking for experienced window sales professionals with in-home sales experience who understand how to run a professional consultation, build value, and close deals on the spot.
This is not just a sales role—this is an opportunity to build and lead your own window sales team while generating a high income with no cap.
If you’re confident in the home, strong at closing, and ready to control your schedule and income, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Run in-home sales appointments and present window solutions to homeowners
- Perform product demonstrations and explain energy efficiency, performance, and value
- Generate leads through door knocking, referrals, and networking
- Close window replacement projects during the consultation
- Build and lead your own sales team
- Maintain strong customer relationships and generate referrals
- Accurately measure and document project details
Qualifications
- In-home sales experience REQUIRED (windows, siding, roofing, or home improvement preferred)
- Proven ability to close deals in a one-call close environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
- Self-driven with a competitive, entrepreneurial mindset
- Leadership experience or desire to lead a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
