This is an on-site position located in Tallahassee, FL.

Position Overview and Responsibilities:

Moderately skilled work in the inspection, maintenance, repair, overhaul, and replacement of all irrigation systems at all DMS managed properties in Tallahassee.

Specific Duties:

• Repairs, overhauls and replaces defective parts on irrigation systems.
• Performs preventive maintenance on irrigation systems.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of irrigation parts.
• Complete work orders and submit paperwork in a timely manner.

Ability to work alone when assigned

Licensure/registration/certification requirements (If applicable, list the appropriate Florida Statute or federal regulation cite): Valid driver's license.

Minimum Qualifications:

Prior experience and knowledge of irrigation systems.

A valid driver's license.

Ability to spend prolonged periods of time walking, standing, bending, climbing and exerting up to 30 pounds of force frequently.
