MLR is seeking a skilled Patient Care Supervisor to lead the ICU/ER team for a respected healthcare system in South Carolina. This leadership role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care, effective staff coordination, and departmental efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee patient care according to the Plan of Care and conduct hourly rounds to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and manage care activities during shifts.
• Lead and support nursing staff, addressing employee concerns and promoting a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Active RN licensure (SC or compact state).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proven leadership experience in critical care (ICU/ER settings).

Shift Differentials:

• Evenings: $1.25/hr
• Nights: $6.00/hr
• Weekends: $4.00/hr
