Contract Manager (Direct Hire)
Bay Area, CA | Full-Time, In Office | Salary: $110-120k DOE
Agility Recruiting is partnering with a well-established, family-owned construction contractor to hire a Contract Manager. This is a leadership role for someone who can build and run a contracts and compliance department, not just review documents.
What you'll do
- Manage the full contract process for both incoming and outgoing contracts, working with subcontractors and suppliers from first draft to final execution
- Lead and develop a small team of contracts and claims assistants
- Oversee compliance, including subcontractor insurance certificates and certified payroll tracking
- Work closely with Estimating, Project Management, and in-house legal counsel
What we're looking for
- Contract administration or management experience in construction (heavy civil is a plus but not required)
- Proven experience leading a team and building processes
- Strong eye for detail in insurance requirements (additional insured, waiver of subrogation, and similar)
- Paralegal background welcome
Compensation:
$120,000 per year
