Paint Line Helper/Loader

As a Paint line helper/loader you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of parts onto and off the powder coating line. This role ensures proper part presentation for coating, maintains production flow, and supports overall line efficiency and quality. Duties/ Responsibilities Hang parts onto overhead conveyor racks according to defined standards Ensure proper orientation and spacing for optimal coating coverage driven by best practices Follow standards and specifications; conduct inspections as necessary. Drive to line balancing and volume loading of parts Select and use appropriate hooks, racks, and fixturing Maintain consistent feed rate to support line throughput targets Safely remove coated parts from conveyor after curing Inspect parts for visible defects Stage or package parts for next operation Minimize down time and look for bottle necks to trouble shoot Ensure that tools and equipment are in good working order and arrange for necessary maintenance and repairs. Segregate non-conforming parts for rework Monitor and ensure that all painted parts meet quality standards for part orientation, rack density, and inspection Required Skills Ability to lift 25-50 lbs; higher weights with mechanical assist Proficiency in using hand and power tools, interpreting technical drawings, and understanding all powder paint processes Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards Ability to identify and address paint line-related issues Strict adherence to safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Education High school diploma or equivalent. Physical Demands and Work Environment While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee will frequently lift on average 20-50lbs throughout the course of 1 business day: higher weights with mechanical assist. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
