PrideStaff, on behalf of a client located in Ft Lauderdale, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a high-growth facility in South Florida. This is a Junior-level position perfect for a sharp, tech-savvy individual who possesses a unique blend of administrative precision and "get-it-done" warehouse energy.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming materials. You'll be the first line of defense, ensuring that what's on the packing slip matches our purchase orders perfectly.
• Move received items to designated storage areas and assist with critical inventory counts to keep our stock levels 100% accurate.
• Prepare outbound shipments by assembling, packing, and labeling containers with care. We take pride in how our products reach the customer!
• Use our Warehouse Management System (WMS), QuickBooks, and the Microsoft Office Suite to process orders and maintain flawless digital records.
• Coordinate directly with carriers to ensure our pickups and deliveries stay on schedule.
• Open crates, prep machines for testing, and help maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse environment.

Requirements:

• Computer savvy, Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel. If you know QuickBooks, you're already at the top of our list!
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred. We value candidates who are committed to learning and professional standards.
• You'll need strong math skills for inventory reconciliation and counting.
• Detail oriented
• Good communication skills
• Previous experience and some hand-lift operation are pluses, but a "can-do" attitude and a high level of reliability are non-negotiable.

Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
