We're seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator in Tempe, AZ to prepare cost estimates for commercial electrical construction projects.

• Drive competitive bidding through accurate cost analysis

• Support business growth through strategic estimating

• Ensure project profitability through detailed scope review

• Build client relationships through professional proposals

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical estimates for commercial projects

• Analyze blueprints and specifications using estimating software

• Coordinate with project teams on bid proposals

• Review subcontractor pricing and negotiate rates

• Manage multiple concurrent estimates

• Present estimates to clients and stakeholders

• Support project managers during buyout

• Track historical costs and productivity data

Requirements
Must-Haves

• 7+ years of electrical estimating experience

• Proficiency with estimating software

• Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical systems

• Experience estimating projects $2M+ in value

• Excellent communication skills

Nice-to-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering

• Experience with design-build delivery

• Knowledge of BIM and 3D takeoffs

• Master Electrician license
