Experienced Caregiver / CNA: 10+ Hour shifts (Starts This Tuesday)

Job Description

Sage Home Care is a boutique, local, family-owned senior care organization. We treat our clients like family and our team like professionals. We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber Caregiver or CNA for an immediate opening starting this upcoming week .

If you are a skilled, compassionate professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional, safe care, we want to hear from you today.

Starting at $20/hr , with a highly supportive work environment and 24/7 management support.

Specific Case Requirements & Duties:

Advanced Mobility Assistance: Must be highly experienced and confident using a gait belt and safe client transfers.
Fall Prevention: Client is a high fall risk; requires constant, vigilant supervision and proactive safety measures.
Personal Care: Assisting with toileting and providing professional, respectful bed baths .
Daily Support: Companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

Requirements:

Experience matters: Must have proven, hands-on experience with gait belts, lifts, bed baths, and fall-risk clients.
CNA certification is highly preferred, but not required if you have equivalent professional experience.
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Ability to pass background checks, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and a drug screen.
