Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement established treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist in the assessment of patient functional abilities and progress toward therapy goals
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home programs
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required
• Washington State PTA license required; Compact License accepted for WA and AK
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to fulfill a 13- to 26-week contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team setting
