Synerfac Technical Staffing

Our client, a manufacturer in the Wendell, NC area, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. This role is responsible for producing components by assembling parts and subassemblies according to blueprint specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on electro-mechanical assembly experience and a strong commitment to safety and precision. Job Responsibilities - Review assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists to prepare for each build.

  • Gather required parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials before starting work.
  • Position components accurately using templates or measurement readings.
  • Assemble parts and subassemblies, checking connections for proper fit and securing as needed.
  • Measure finished components to confirm they meet required specifications.
  • Identify and resolve assembly issues, adjusting as needed and escalating to a supervisor for additional resources.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting, coordinating repairs when necessary.
  • Track inventory levels and support ordering, receiving, and stocking of needed supplies.
Job Requirements - Prior experience in electro-mechanical assembly.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly instructions, and parts lists.
  • Ability to use measuring tools and templates to verify specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Ability to work full-time hours with occasional voluntary overtime.
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems preferred.
  • Experience maintaining production or quality documentation preferred.
