Description

The Quality Assurance Documentation Specialist's duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop final documentation packages for customers. Ensure packet is complete including review of outside service certificates, approvals, and closures.
• Review and investigate customer requests for documentation package revisions.
• Submit completed documentation packages to the customer's portal or sales department and upload them into the internal database system.
• Create and revise drawings and develop data sheets.
• Manage and maintain customer folders on shared drive that contain production process documentation, material test reports and documentation package.

In absence of a Quality Assurance Technical Specialist, Documentation Specialist may be required to do the following:

• Review and approve process routers and ensure that all technical information has been included.
• Verify and approve material test reports to ensure they meet customer specific requirements and/or purchase order requirements.
• Update the process router and upload MTR's to the internal database system.
• Verify heat treat certifications to ensure they meet customer specific requirements and/or purchase order requirements.
• Create and send NCR's to customer for approval as needed.
• Review and approve process drawings.

Previous experience with Adobe PDF, Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
