Our office serves clients in the Walworth County area which includes Elkhorn, Delavan, Darien, Williams Bay, Walworth, Fontana, Lake Geneva as well as East Troy and Burlington.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, your duties would include:

• Provide personalized, one-on-one care based on your availability, suitability and skills
• Assist with personal care needs, light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, medication reminders, and companionship.
• Establish a professional relationship with clients, their families, and other staff.
