HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities Able to perform maintenance and detailed troubleshooting of commercial HVAC equipment including but not limited to: Packaged RTU’s, large split systems, VRF systems, cooling towers, air‑cooled chillers, Variable Frequency Drives, pumps & motors. Basic understanding, operation, and navigation of common Building Automation Systems (i.e. Trane, Honeywell, JCI, etc.). Familiar with different manufacturers’ service software for VRF systems (i.e. Mitsubishi, Daikin, Sanyo, Toshiba, Fujitsu, etc.). Self‑motivated and able to work with limited guidance from management. Fill out service tickets and timesheets electronically (iPad) and send via email. Travel as necessary during peak seasons between Huntsville & Birmingham. Requirements Minimum 5 years field service experience.
