Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join an established public accounting firm in Macon, Georgia.
This opportunity is ideal for an accounting professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service, preparing accurate tax returns, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities
- Prepare individual and business tax returns accurately and efficiently.
- Provide tax planning and client accounting services.
- Participate in audit and attest engagements.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Support bookkeeping and accounting engagements for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with firm partners and team members to deliver quality services.
- Maintain professional standards and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Active CPA license.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a public accounting firm.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and computer skills.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to client service.
- Ability to travel overnight occasionally for certain assignments.
