If you love fitness and love people, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client goalsConduct fitness assessments and track client progress over timeEducate clients on proper exercise technique, form, and injury preventionActively prospect and develop a personal training client base on the gym floorProvide motivation, accountability, and ongoing support to clientsMaintain a clean, safe, and welcoming training environmentMeet or exceed personal training sales and session goalsRequirementsCurrent personal training certification from a nationally accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)Current CPR/AED certification requiredStrong knowledge of exercise science, strength training, and nutrition fundamentalsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to build and maintain a client baseAbility to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekendsPrevious personal training or fitness coaching experience preferredAbout UsCrunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is a proud franchisee of the nationally recognized Crunch Fitness brand, delivering a judgment-free, inclusive fitness experience to the St. Cloud community.
