We at Traction Forge Financial ( utilizing the services of GFI) are currently expanding and seeking motivated, entrepreneurial-minded individuals who want to build a career in financial services while helping families plan for their financial future.
This is an opportunity to learn the industry, develop professional skills, and build your own client base within a supportive team environment.
No prior financial services experience is required — we provide training, mentorship, and licensing support.
What You'll Do:
As a Financial Services Professional, you'll work directly with individuals and families to help them develop strategies for retirement, protection, and long-term financial stability.
Responsibilities include:
- Educating clients on retirement planning and wealth protection strategies
- Conducting financial needs analyses
- Recommending appropriate financial solutions based on client goals
- Building long-term relationships with clients
- Creating personalized financial strategies
- Utilizing digital platforms to support the client experience
- Continuing professional development and industry education
