Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Applied Behavioral Learning Services has been serving the autism community for 24 years and is now seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing agency. ABLS is also engaged in the development of the Boston Assessment of Behavioral Core Skills, the first standardized test designed to measure behavioral development. Compensation is commensurate with experience and ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 per year. Our BCBA schedule is thoughtfully designed to support work-life balance while providing meaningful opportunities to make a lasting impact in the lives of children and families. The position includes: -Two mornings working from home on research and report preparation -Two mornings providing supervision and parent training -Afternoons devoted to the supervision of behavior-analytic social skills groups Full-time employees are eligible for the ABLS Benefits Package, including: -BCBS Insurance: We will not compromise on the quality of our healthcare.
