Leasing Consultant We have a fantastical Leasing Consultant opportunity at Weinstein Properties, a family‑owned apartment community operator located in Richmond, Virginia. With more than 60 communities across Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia, we prioritize hands‑on daily operations and a customer‑first experience. Location: Communities throughout Atlanta (specify desired location). Pay: Hourly rates starting at $20/hour, increasing with experience. Quarterly bonuses and monthly move‑in bonuses are available. Schedule: Regular schedule: Monday‑Friday 9:00‑18:00, Saturday 9:00‑17:00. Rotating Saturday or an alternate 5‑day schedule is also available, with the same two days off each week (e.g., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday with Sunday and a weekday off). We accept candidates with no leasing experience; we provide extensive training. If you are energetic, friendly, adaptable, and eager to learn, we want you on our team. What You’ll Do As a Leasing Consultant you will be the first impression for prospective residents and the voice of our community. Your duties include: Guiding prospective residents through the leasing journey. Providing exceptional customer service to existing residents. Performing sales and administrative tasks with training and support. Walking the property, inspecting units, and assisting with property appearance. Handling resident concerns and occasional out‑of‑hours events. Who You Are Strong communication skills – a great listener who can confidently connect with others.
