Overview

The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent opportunities and a flexible work-life balance (no on-call duties or weekend shifts)! We are currently looking for a Full-Time provider (32-40 hours weekly) to fill a float position between two facilities located in Keene, NH. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, and we encourage new graduates to apply.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $112,320 to $124,800, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.

Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing primary and urgent care services to residents in nursing centers, in partnership with other medical providers.
  • Working closely with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a license as a registered nurse. For Nurse Practitioners, certification is required from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master's Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. Physician Assistants must graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program and pass the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to use the PAC designation, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations.
  • In states where permitted, APRNs should possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice, while PAs should also have an unrestricted professional license and DEA.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Certain benefits, including health plans, may not be available to part-time employees working between 16 and 29 hours per week.

Posted Salary Range: $112,320.00 - $124,800.00 per year.
