At SYNERGY HomeCare we create a world of care at home for all, which means you will have the opportunity to care for a wide variety of people spanning all ages and abilities.Available shifts: Short shifts available: 2-hour, 3-hour, and 4-hour shifts including housekeeping, attendant care, personal care, and/or respite careSYNERGY HomeCare benefits:Competitive pay: $16.00 to $19.00 per hourDirect depositPaid orientation and ongoing trainingTime-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidaysFlexible schedules with client matching in your areaEmployee recognition programsSupportive team environmentAs a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:Provide companionship and social engagement for clientsAssist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication remindersHelp with errands and personal care needs for female and/or male clientsEstablish professional relationships with clients, families, and coworkersProvide reliable, punctual care by consistently covering shiftsQualifications & requirements:1-3 years of caregiving experienceValid driver's license with reliable transportation and current auto insuranceLegally authorized to work in the United StatesAbility to pass a criminal background checkLevel One Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)DCW (Direct Care Worker) certification (or willing to obtain)Ready to make a difference?
