Business Unit Leader for Co-Packaged Optics (CPO)

Job Description

We are working on behalf of a very fast-growing maker of modular coupling /connector products that connect fiber to the Data Center.

They are starting up a group that will focus on co-packaged optics , and they will work with the Hyperscalers to integrate their CPO coupling product with Optical Transceiver ICs and other optoelectronics.

About the Role

This company is looking for a Business Unit Head for this CPO product who will determine customer needs, develop strategies and product roadmaps, drive product development and do P&L.

Manage P&L

Qualifications

BSEE or higher degree
7 to 10 years of optoelectronics, engineering, marketing, and management experience

Required Skills

Understanding of CPO, Fiber to Chip, Optical Transceivers, OE Device packaging, and Photonics on chip
Ability to lead the integration of its product into the Hyperscalers

Preferred Skills

Technical person with good business acumen who can grow into the Business leadership role
