Rate of Pay: $19.00 per hour

Position Purpose: Leads the teller services team in support of the Admissions, Parking Sales, and Carnival Sales functions by processing incoming transactions and outgoing change funds and ticket stock. This is a temporary seasonal position not to exceed 122 days.

Essential Functions:

• Leads the team in the preparation of daily paperwork and ticket and change funds.
• Processes incoming cash from ticket sales and verifies returned tickets.
• Processes incoming credit card transactions.
• Researches any discrepancies that may arise.
• Assists in scheduling and ensures breaks are taken.
• Makes required deliveries as needed.
• Performs data entry as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must successfully pass credit check.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Must be detail-oriented and extremely accurate with handling money and inputting data.
• Ability to apply basic math skills.
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to maintain confidentiality for security purposes.
• Must be available to work all 23 days of the annual OC Fair.
• Ability to work outside the normal business day/week as demanded by events and programs.
