Participant Support Specialist (Train & Earn)

Isaacs Neighborhood Center (Isaacs Center) is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly focused individual to serve within the larger scope of formal and informal learning of the Education and Workforce Program, ages 17-24yo. They will carry their own caseload of up to 30 participants. This person will work with their caseload in conjunction with the multidisciplinary staff onsite to address barriers, formulate treatment plans, make referrals, complete required documentation, and assist our participants in meeting their goals. Weekly supervision will be provided by Clinical Director (LMSW/SIFI) at Stanley M. Isaacs Neighborhood Center. Schedule Monday-Friday 35 hours/week. Salary $43,751 - $58,000. Qualifications Applicants must meet the required qualifications.
