Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW) $70 K-85K/yr

Our approach is to support clinicians so they can focus on patients. Our administrative support team handles non-clinical tasks, allowing you to fully engage with patients.

• Starting Salary range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans.
• Provide excellent client care and collaborate with the team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit documentation per company guidelines.
• Maintain at least 32 hours for patient care per week for Full-Time status.
• Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical meetings.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
• Full, current, unrestricted license (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, maintain boundaries, and pass a background check.

Additional Valuable Qualifications:

• Experience in mental health practice, insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, or specialty practice area.
