Greenup Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an organized, motivated Admissions Coordinator to manage referrals and coordinate patient admissions in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
What You'll Do
Process referrals and review admission documentation Verify insurance coverage and coordinate authorizations Work with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources Coordinate admissions with nursing and other departments Follow up promptly on referrals to support facility census What We're Looking For
Experience in healthcare admissions, intake, scheduling, or case management preferred Insurance verification and authorization experience a plus Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
