Job Description We have a great opportunity for an energetic self-starter with excellent customer service and communication skills to join our growing team. We are seeking a part-time English and Cantonese speaking Customer Service Representative , who have the desire and drive to learn our business, and enjoy public interaction. Successful candidates will provide personable service to each customer, and have the ability to multi-task is a must. This position requires the flexibility to respond quickly to changing priorities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects. Assists customers on all business-related needs Candidate must exercise discretion in working with confidential information, and must be computer literate in a MS Windows and MS Office environment. Requirements Customer service experience required Must be Bilingual in English and Cantonese,including superior written and oral communication skills in English. (Mandarin will be a plus). General Clerical (Typing, Filing, Copying, Scanning etc.) We will provide training to acquire a California Insurance P&C License Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
