Industrial Painter

We have an exciting opportunity for an Painter position in Virginia Beach, Virginia ! Qualifications Must have a minimum of 3 years of automotive, industrial, or related painting experience preferred. Must have High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of paint types, mixing techniques, and application methods. Experience with spray painting equipment and tools. Ability to read work orders and color specifications. Knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Ability to pass a Respirator Fit for Duty test. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Job Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primers. Mix and match paints to achieve specified colors and finishes. Apply paint using spray guns, brushes, and rollers to metal, wood, and plastic. Inspect finished work for color accuracy, coverage, uniformity, and quality. Maintain painting equipment and a clean, organized work area. Safely handle paints, solvents, and other chemicals. Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements. Work with the production team to meet schedules and quality standards. Schedule Monday-Thursday: 6:30am-5:30pm Friday: 6:30am-3:30pm Must be flexible to work Saturdays as needed. Pay: $18-$25/hour based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Integrity Staffing Services
