Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with individualized physical therapy plans of care
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and clinical outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Maintain valid state licensure and adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including wearing a photo badge and presenting state or federal issued identification upon entry

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required at all times while on site

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior contract or registry experience in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong documentation and time management skills
