Location: Lubbock, TX Salary: $75,000–$102,000 annually

Are you a quality professional who enjoys being on the manufacturing floor, solving problems, coaching teams, and improving processes? Join Purina Animal Nutrition as a Quality Supervisor and help ensure we produce safe, high-quality animal feed every day.

What You'll Do

• Support and maintain site quality programs and the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Coach and train production employees on quality standards, HACCP, regulatory requirements, and procedures.
• Partner with Production and Operations to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects.
• Help implement updated policies and procedures as regulations change.
• Monitor quality performance and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Support investigations and resolution of customer complaints.
• Build a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 1+ year of progressive QA experience in food, feed, agriculture, manufacturing, or a related science field; or qualifying Land O'Lakes rotational program experience.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and integrity.
• Preferred: 2+ years of QA experience in food/feed manufacturing, supervisory or regulatory experience, and knowledge of FDA requirements, HACCP, and quality management systems.
