Household Manager/Personal Assistant - Lambertville, New Jersey

A private individual with homes in Lambertville, New Jersey and Wellington, Florida is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Personal Assistant / Household Manager. This position requires a resourceful professional who can independently manage daily operations, anticipate needs, coordinate multiple priorities, and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. This position follows the employer's schedule of six months in New Jersey (May through October) and six months in Florida (November through April). Relocating between the two residences is an essential part of the position. Candidates must maintain a permanent residence in New Jersey or nearby Pennsylvania.Â

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and reservations.

• Organize and maintain household records, files, and important documents.

• Run personal and household errands.

• Assist with online accounts, and routine administrative tasks.

• Schedule and oversee contractors, vendors, service providers, and home maintenance projects.

• Coordinate routine home maintenance and ensure residences remain well-managed.

• Track vehicle maintenance, inspections, registrations, and service appointments.

• Assist with grocery shopping, pantry and refrigerator organization, and inventory management.

• Prepare simple meals as needed and maintain a clean, organized kitchen.

• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of both residences.

Qualifications

• Strong computer proficiency, particularly with Apple devices, Microsoft Office, and common online platforms and services.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pmÂ

Salary: $100,000 per year
