Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Willow Spring, NC for a Maintenance Foreman. The Maintenance Foreman will manage day‑to‑day landscaping and maintenance operations while leading and supervising a team to ensure efficient task execution. Responsibilities include overseeing preventive maintenance schedules, coordinating plant and equipment maintenance, and ensuring work is completed safely, effectively, and on time. The role requires hands‑on engagement to maintain the aesthetic appeal and functionality of commercial landscapes. Qualifications Experienced in supervisory skills with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively Proficient in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance practices Knowledgeable in general maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairs Specialized expertise in plant maintenance and landscaping care Strong understanding of workplace safety and efficiency in outdoor environments Good communication and organizational skills Previous experience in commercial landscaping or grounds maintenance is advantageous A valid driver’s license is required #J-18808-Ljbffr Commerciallandscape
