Providing expert guidance and personalized support to parents, the full-time Remote Learning Consultant will engage potential clients, address inquiries about educational offerings, and collaborate with teams to meet enrollment targets while working remotely. Key responsibilities Participating in training sessions to understand educational products and user needs Engaging potential clients through various communication channels to introduce courses and highlight value Monitoring sales performance and refining approaches to achieve optimal enrollment results Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; degree in Teaching or Education preferred 1-2 years of experience in the education industry, sales, or customer service preferred Fluency in both English and Mandarin with strong communication skills Enthusiastic about education and empathetic towards parents' needs Flexible schedule with availability for 30-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
