Licensed Practical Nurse
\nOntario Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to work for our 98-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Canandaigua, NY. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor!

\nBase Rate is $29.50- $35 with an additional $0.50 shift differential for evenings and nights

Duties:

Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature
\n - \n
Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed
\n - \n
Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
\n - \n
May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
\n - \n
Helps Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene
\n - \n
Monitors Residents’ food and liquid intake and output
\n
Requirements:

Must be able to work as a team member

Valid NY State LPN license
\n - \n
In good standing with State Registry
