The Community Manager is a dynamic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of our multi-family property's operations, resident relations, and financial performance. Your responsibilities will be to lead a successful team, foster a sense of community, and ensure the property's success.

Monitor rent collection, accounts receivable, and financial reporting to ensure compliance with company policies. Develop and implement leasing strategies to optimize occupancy rates and revenue. Vendor And Partner Relationships Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure high-quality services, timely repairs, and cost-effective solutions. Compliance And Regulations Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, fair housing laws, and property policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to property operations.
