A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Agile Scrum Master

Position type: Contract
Duration: 12 to 18 Months
Location: Charlotte NC

As an Agile Scrum Master you will:

Must have Skills:

• 10 Years experience as a Scrum Master to manage a team of 17 professionals ensuring high levels of performance engagement and accountability.
• Need someone who can provide strong people leadership coaching and performance management.
• Required Strong background within Financial Services Banking or related financial institutions.
• Required Certified Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational efficiency team discipline and execution excellence across the function.
• Partner with global stakeholders and collaborate closely with a peer Senior Manager based in India.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
• Manage escalations effectively and drive issue resolution with a structured approach.
• Foster a culture of ownership accountability and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Senior Manager / Service Manager leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience leading mid-to-large teams (15 members preferred).
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence direct and hold teams accountable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive organizational change.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $70 to $73 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
