Internal Medicine Physician

to join our growing community-based primary care network in

Andover, MA.

We welcome both new graduates and experienced physicians who are passionate about primary care and collaborative, team-based practice. Position Highlights Outpatient-only Internal Medicine practice (no inpatient or hospital rounding)

What You'll Do Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive services and chronic disease management

Build long-term relationships with a diverse patient population

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, care coordinators, social workers, and behavioral health specialists

Participate in a care model designed to support quality outcomes and physician satisfaction

Support & Resources Embedded care team support, including nurse care managers, social work, and behavioral health

Centralized population health tools and virtual support teams (in-basket management, Rx refills, virtual care support)

Dedicated after-hours and weekend call program (no fixed call schedule)

Strong administrative and clinical infrastructure to reduce physician burden

Qualifications MD or DO

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
