Administer medications and document administrations accurately in the charting system. Monitor resident conditions, report changes promptly to the supervising nurse, and respond to emergencies per policy. Assist residents with activities of daily living and support functional independence. Maintain comprehensive and compliant documentation, including MARs, nursing notes, and assessments. Adhere to infection control practices, safety protocols, and care standards; utilize appropriate PPE. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and ensure resident safety and well-being.
