Established in 1999, The Victors Gymnastics has grown into one of the leading gymnastics facilities in the Rochester area. We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic gymnastics coaches to join our growing team and become part of our family! What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of gymnastics coaching experience
- Experience coaching recreational and/or advanced gymnasts
- A passion for helping athletes build confidence, develop skills, and reach their potential
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset
- Someone who wants to be part of a supportive, family-oriented environment
- Part-time hours with opportunities to make an impact
- Hands-on training and support
- A welcoming, family-oriented team
- The opportunity to work with gymnasts of varying ages and skill levels
- The chance to grow with one of the Rochester area's established and growing gymnastics programs
