As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the dietary needs of our residents are met while promoting a positive and supportive environment. About the Role As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and serving of meals to our residents. Your duties will include: Setting tables, serving meals, and cleaning up after meals Assisting with food preparation, such as washing and chopping vegetables Maintaining a clean and organized dining area and kitchen Collaborating with dietary staff to ensure dietary needs are met Providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods Our Culture At Orchard Brooke Assisted Living Center, we are dedicated to providing a positive and supportive environment for our residents and staff.
