Your teams will build the experiences that help investment professionals understand portfolio positioning, evaluate risks and opportunities, and model potential actions with confidence.You will serve as both a strategic leader and a hands-on engineering coach, responsible for shaping the roadmap, developing talent, improving execution, and ensuring the organization delivers reliable, scalable solutions that create meaningful value for investors. You will partner closely with Product, investment professionals, and engineering leaders across IG Tech to align priorities, translate strategy into execution, and continuously evolve the capability.A core responsibility of this role is building a high-performing engineering organization that can scale.
