Contract Talent Lead: Build AI-Driven Recruiting Engine

Massed Compute is seeking a contract talent lead to build the recruiting function and kickstart our talent acquisition engine. You will own the recruiting pipeline end to end across every open requisition, from first application to offer stage, and design role-specific interview loops in Ashby. You will partner directly with hiring managers to move every open req toward a decision, build highly efficient screening workflows using AI, flag defects, coordinate scheduling, and document the system #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
