Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Indiana
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Solid understanding of IEPs, OT assessment tools, and goal setting for children
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, parents, and staff
• Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions to support students’ unique needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify barriers in students’ learning environments
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans and IEP-related OT goals
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school standards
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to facilitate OT strategies across educational activities
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and recommendations
