Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor supports the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing the maintenance team's daily operations to ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained and operational. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, assisting in scheduling tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards to maintain a productive work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in supervising and coordinating maintenance staff and activities.
Schedule and assign daily maintenance tasks to team members.
Monitor and inspect equipment and facilities for proper functioning.
Ensure maintenance tasks comply with safety and quality standards.
Assist with inventory control of maintenance supplies and parts.
Report maintenance issues and progress to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel as needed.
Support emergency maintenance and troubleshooting efforts.
