Ticket Office InternWe are looking to add an energetic person with a "team-player" and "can do" attitude to our team. This position is responsible for all aspects of ticketing operations for both the Spring Training and Minor League Baseball seasons at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium; Spring Training home of the Miami Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals and Class-A Florida State League home for the Jupiter Hammerheads and Palm Beach Cardinals.Duties & Responsibilities:Sell season, group, mini-plan and individual tickets for Spring Training 2027 and Minor League 2027 gamesAcquire a working knowledge of the Tickets.com ProVenue SystemAssist in the training and supervision of the part-time ticket office staff in all aspects of selling season, group, mini-plan and individual ticketsAssist in the printing of season, group and mini-plan ticketsAnswer incoming phone calls and return voicemailsHelp in maintaining the policies of the ticket office with regard to customer service, ticketing issues and ticket operationsHelp maintain accounts database utilizing the Score CRM and Tickets.com ProVenue systemsAssist the Director of Ticket Operations and Ticket Office Coordinator in leading part-time staff with regard to customer service and day-to-day operations of the ticket officeAssist sales department with fulfillment and client servicing for groups and corporate sponsorsCalling established leads and generating new leads by prospectingGame Day duties include preparation of group areas, event detail, administrative tasks, and other duties assignedExperience Required:Must be willing to work long hours and weekendsMust be willing to cooperate and work well with other areas of the organizationMust be able to interact and work closely with customersMust be able to pay close attention to detailsMust have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
