Sales Manager - Industrial Manufacturing

Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturing and production business looking to bring on a commercially sharp and experienced Sales Leader to drive and scale their sales function. This role presents a compelling opportunity for a target-driven professional to take charge of a critical revenue stream, forge meaningful client partnerships, and play a direct role in shaping the company's continued growth. What You'll Be Doing Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product and sales strategy Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a sales team, cultivating a culture of high performance and accountability Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with the company's margin and profitability objectives Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial lead generation through to deal close and ongoing account management Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, trade shows, and industry events Work cross-functionally with operations, production, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience Develop and implement strategic sales plans designed to hit revenue goals and grow market share within the manufacturing and production space Prepare and present reliable sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance data to senior leadership Requirements Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite A minimum of 5 years' sales experience in a B2B environment Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas A solid grasp of manufacturing processes, supply chains, and production timelines Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and presenting to stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience) Proven experience selling within manufacturing, industrial, or production environments Willingness and ability to travel to meet clients and attend industry events (up to 50%) Preferred Qualifications An established network of contacts across the manufacturing or production industry Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma environments Experience managing national or multi-territory accounts Background in capital equipment, custom fabrication, or industrial components sales Compensation Base Salary: $72,000 – $96,000 per annum, based on experience A competitive commission structure with strong performance incentives Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan Equal Employment Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Both Keller Executive Search and our clients are Equal Opportunity Employers.
