Clinical Supervisor - RN - Hybrid

Overview Aveanna Healthcare is hiring a Nurse Supervisor to lead, teach, and mentor staff in home health services for medically fragile patients. The role involves internal case management, patient intake and discharge, nurse competency validation, and field‑based mentorship. Work Location Needham, MA. In‑home visits with potential hybrid arrangements. Compensation Base salary $95‑100k, bonus up to 10% of salary, on‑call pay, cellphone and mileage reimbursement. Vacation accrual up to 80 hours in the first year, 48 hours sick time, 1 fun day, 1 inclusion day. Additional vacation after first year.
