Choices Therapy Services is seeking a full time Addictions Counselor to add to our clinical team. We are an outpatient mental health, addictions and behavioral health agency providing in person and telehealth sessions for those we service.
This position would have the following duties:
· Provide initial assessments, diagnosis and (UA) drug screenings.
· Provide counseling for individuals and groups regarding the use and effect of alcohol and drugs.
· Maintain documentation, treatment plans, reports, and IDPH data integrity reporting (IBHRS) within
agency deadlines and expectations.
· Accept referrals from agencies, individuals, and families in the community and collaborate for
individualized care and ensure those relationships are maintained.
· Maintain strict confidentiality guidelines regarding client care.
· Market services to community both individually and for the agency
