FT 3rd shift 6pm-6am Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Vancrest offers a rewarding work environment with an opportunity to enhance and make a difference in the lives of our residents.Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Nursing Responsibilities include:
- Implementing a resident plan of care
- Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations
- Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Delegating suitable components of the care plan to the nursing assistants, provides guidance and supervision when necessary
- Consulting with and validating data
- Recording pertinent information in the patient record
- Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments
- Communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care
- Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development
- Nursing License required
