What You Will Do

• Customized Coverage: Pick up shifts on a cadence that works for you. 12 and 24-hour shifts are available based on your preference and our operational needs.
• Employed Position: Employed PRN position with malpractice coverage and multiple shift options.
• Specialty Assets: Access to Level IV Perinatal Care Center and Level IV NICU facilities
• Collaborative Culture: Partner closely with a highly integrated nursing team and four distinct OB groups to optimize delivery and triage workflows.
• Clinical Excellence: Lead emergency GYN surgical interventions, managing high‑acuity cases including ectopics and ovarian torsions with full specialty support.
• Outcome‑Focused Triage: Drive unit efficiency by managing all triage arrivals and ER consults, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
• Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.

Additional Preferences

• Surgical Proficiency: Physicians who are comfortable performing emergency GYN surgeries independently.
• High‑Acuity Comfort: Physicians who thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments with minimal downtime.
